The ‘Disappeared’ for Charlie (Colorado) Martin
Thinks that can’t be said to Charlie....
....on his thread on Pajamas Media.
Tried posting this comment to Charlie over on Pajamas Media.
Tried three times. But NOT ONE of them appeared. However, my complaints about the disappearances appeared. Gotta wonder about the ‘selectiveness’ of the ‘moderation’ and (1) just WHO is doing it and (2) WHY.
At any rate, here’s the copy that would post THERE.....

....but which ‘faith’ are you talking about? That Hume doesn’t know Buddhism? Or that Hume doesn’t know Christianity?
I suspect, that you’re referring to Buddhism. However, if Hume KNOWS Christianity, he knows the Truth. And this is not just ‘blind faith’ of a ‘true believer’ speaking. This is the proverbial voice-of-experience speaking to you.
What’s my point?
JUST WHO DO YOU THINK IS SPEAKING FROM ‘IGNORANCE’ HERE? And, more specifically, what form of ‘ignorance’?
Over on The Anchoress’ site, you sounded rather ‘defensive’ when you made the comment....
Grace, you really must learn about the teachings of Buddhadharma; you’d be a happier and more complete person.

Sure, Chuck. but you don’t wonder about them enough to find out the truth, do you? Let me just summarize:
* its not my blog
* I don’t control the comments
* there are instructions on the page, which I repeated to you several times, that if you think you’re being dropped inappropriately you should write to . Give it a try: it’s amazing how often following the instructions actually works.
* as the anchoress mentioned, you get into a LOT of spam queues. Since both PJM and Anchoress appear to use WordPress, you might want to investigate how you got onto their suspicious list. The common filter is Akismet: http://akismet.com/faq/Complaining to *me* about what “I” do to your comments is multiply misguided.

[1] Go back and check the latest on The Anchoress’ thread.

I’ve encountered THEM before. Over at Amy Alkon’s place.
And thanks for confirming that the Anchoress uses them. That business with Dry Valleys was something of an indicator that she had a relationship with them.
They have a nasty habit of taking complaints of being a ‘spammer’ from anyone who doesn’t like what someone is posting. Without doing any research before blacklisting the accused.
Thanks for that. Sounds to me like something to be brought to the attention of our friends at Pajamas Media.
