I had the distinct privilege, along with the pleasure, of judging my first debate tournament in Colorado, yesterday.
A fine time was had by all, except, perhaps, those that were doing their first oral presentations before total strangers in a competitive environment....
This blog has been established to support the Colorado chapters of Mensa and their members. It serves as an open forum for them to express their opinions about various matters either internal to Mensa or any other topic they fancy.
Active members of a Colorado chapter of Mensa can be co-authors on this blog; you can start your own discussions on the blog. Just go ahead and register (click on the button at the top of the page. Be sure to answer the questions about your name and membership number, as understood by American Mensa, Ltd., for verification purposes. Others may apply for being co-authors, however, they will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for approval. The criteria for said acceptance will be whether it is in the best interest of the Colorado chapters of Mensa if they should be afforded the privilege.
